First 2024 ILMSA Social

For those who braved cold weather and treked into Chicago on January 13th, a great time was had by all.  For those who couldn’t make it you missed a great time, but don’t despair, we are already planning our next social.  Details to be determined, but tentatively in April in a near west Chicago suburb. Emails and ILMSA web site will communicate final plans.

We had 20 members from 6 different clubs converge into the Chicago Brewery Pilot Project.  No swim suits!  We mingled around three tables, sampled 5 ounce beer pours and talked and talked and talked. Afterwards, the largest group, Phil’s Phish made a short, but very cold hike to a local hamburger joint and continued our socializing over dinner.

Three prizes, ILMSA swim caps, were awarded to the members who identified the most attending ILMSA Board members.  We had 4 in attendance.
