Membership Coordinator

Masters Swimmer since 1990. Swims with Naperville Waves

Term:

Appointed by the board.

Responsibilities:

  • Registers all swimmers in ILMSA consistent with the rules established by USMS.
  • Maintains the database of registered ILMSA members, clubs and teams.
  • Coordinates communications with USMS regarding current ILMSA members.
  • Administers and manages all registration activities.

Bio:

  • Began swimming at age 6 with Parkway Swim Club in St. Louis area
  • Returned to swimming after a 17 years hiatus
  • Earned 17 National Top Ten Relay achievements
  • Coached Naperville Park District Swim Team in 2012
  • Moved on to become an assistant coach with the  Naperville Waves
  • Promoted to  head coach of NWSC, winning 3 consecutive state titles, from 2022-2024.
  • Certified as a USMS Level 3 coach
  • Awarded the 2024 USMS Kerry O’Brien Coaches Award.

Currently, she has returned to the role of assistant Waves coach and spends much of her free time with her recently retired husband and their (very spoiled) golden retriever.
