Mary Pohlmann – BIO

 

  • An active masters swimmer and volunteer since 1983 when Mel Goldstein convinced her that she would have time in her medical school schedule at 5:00am to swim
  • An accomplished synchronized swimmer and diver
  • Medalist in 200 back (gold), platform diving (gold) and synchronized swimming (bronze) in the 1989 Pan Pacific Aquatic Games
  • Co-founder and treasurer of Saluki Masters Swim Club
  • Past chair and treasurer of CMSA
  • Recipient of the Dorothy Donnelly Service Award (2006)
  • Author of numerous articles published in Swimmer magazine
